We know the profound effects music has on us and our nervous system. Here are some of the much loved playlists curated for our Pregnancy Yoga classes. I often receive messages from new mothers about how they played sweetly in the backdrop of their labour/birth.

I encourage you to create playlists that make you feel warm, loved, happy and safe. Listen to them regularly when moving gently with your baby, when pottering quietly around at home, when taking a relaxing bath or walking to clear your head…. Let the sounds soothe you and become an anchor for you when in labour.
